As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth logistical processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems both electronically and physically.
Process and track orders, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
Provide administrative support to management as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant, or similar role, preferably in the logistics industry.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and workload.
