Terms and Conditions: Parents Before Hiring a Tutor from Crazywhiz
Welcome to Crazywhiz! To ensure a smooth and successful tutoring experience for both parents and tutors, we request all parents to carefully read and agree to the following terms before hiring a tutor through our platform.
1. Trial Class Policy
Parents are encouraged to schedule a trial class before finalizing the tutor. The trial session is usually free or chargeable at a nominal fee agreed upon by the tutor. Post-trial, confirmation of continuation must be made within 24 hours.
2. Fee Payment and Schedule
Tutoring fees must be paid directly to the tutor as per the mutually agreed schedule. Crazywhiz is not responsible for fee collection. Delays in payment may lead to discontinuation of classes by the tutor.
3. Minimum Commitment
Parents must commit to a minimum of one month of classes if continuing after the trial. Frequent cancellations or short-term hiring without notice affect tutor availability and student progress.
4. Communication Protocol
All communications regarding class timings, leave requests, or concerns should be addressed directly to the tutor. However, if issues remain unresolved, Crazywhiz can mediate on request.
5. Background Check & Responsibility
