We have an immediate requirement for a dedicated and experienced tutor to provide NIOS secondary coaching for a 15-year-old boy. The subjects to be covered include English, Data Entry Operations (DEO), and Painting. This opportunity is for offline tutoring only, with classes to be held at the student’s home in JP Nagar, Bangalore.
The tutoring schedule is flexible, with two possible options:
- Weekdays: Sessions on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, or
- Weekends: Sessions on Saturday and Sunday within the same morning time slot.
We are looking for a tutor who has prior experience working with autistic teenagers and is familiar with the NIOS curriculum and exam process. The ideal candidate should be patient, adaptable, and able to provide a structured yet creative learning environment that caters to the student’s unique needs.
In addition to academic teaching, the tutor should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a respectful, ethical approach when interacting with both the child and their family. A friendly yet firm demeanor is required to manage the learning process effectively while ensuring a positive relationship with the student.
Key qualities we seek in the tutor include being well-organized, flexible, and able to balance creativity with structure in lessons. Experience in handling NIOS-specific subjects is essential to guide the student through their academic journey successfully.
