Roles & Responsibilities
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Develop, implement, and monitor customized IEPs that address the specific cognitive, emotional, and physical needs of students.

Adaptive Instruction: Modify standard curricula and develop specialized lesson plans to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners.

Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments to track student development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Act as a liaison between parents, school administration, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic support for the student.

Behavior Management: Implement positive behavioral intervention strategies to maintain a safe and productive classroom atmosphere.

Resource Development: Create or source assistive technology and multisensory learning materials to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.

Valid teaching certification or license required for practice in Nellore.

In-depth knowledge of various disabilities, including ASD, ADHD, and learning impairments.

Skills
Exceptional patience, empathy, and communication skills.

Proficiency in classroom management and crisis intervention.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing student needs and learning environments.
