The role focuses on supporting a Class 7 student throughout the school day at VIBGYOR Rise School, Panathur, Bengaluru, ensuring academic focus, classroom participation, and confidence during lessons.
Job Description
Work as a shadow lady teacher by sitting with the student inside the classroom
Support the student during regular teaching hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Assist with understanding lessons, instructions, and classroom activities
Coordinate with subject teachers when required
Monthly fee ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 based on experience
Tutor Requirements
Female tutor with prior experience as a shadow teacher or classroom assistant. Kannada language proficiency is mandatory. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE or international school environments is preferred.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication skills, patience, attentiveness, ability to guide discreetly, and adaptability to classroom settings.
