We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide classroom assistance for a bright 7th-grade student at a reputable school in the Panathur area. The student is academically proficient but requires a supportive presence to navigate the school day effectively. This is a full-time role during school hours that focuses on social integration and task persistence rather than intensive subject teaching.
Job Details
Role: Shadow Teacher / Personal In-school Tutor.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 2:45 PM.
Location: School premises near Panathur.
Focus: Minimal academic guidance, classroom participation, and peer interaction.
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary of 25,000 INR.
Tutor Requirements The ideal candidate should have a background in education or child psychology. You must be willing to commit to the school’s daily schedule and remain present on-site throughout the designated hours. A respectful and non-intrusive approach to classroom management is essential.
Skills
Fluency in both English and Kannada is mandatory.
Strong observational skills to identify when the student needs subtle intervention.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with school teachers.
Patience and an empathetic understanding of adolescent behavioral needs.
