I have a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor of Commerce (H). I have achieved the Mastery C1B level of French from Alliance Française de Delhi. I have worked as a French language teacher in Singapore since April 2018. I worked as a Vice Principal at Leeds International School, Singapore.

As an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with 20 years of hands-on student teaching experience, I would love to join your academic team. I possess thorough knowledge to guide the teachers as a PDQ leader.
I’m 41 years old and an educator passionate about student development and learning. I have worked with CBSE on the managing committee of courses. I have taught IGCSE, and IBDP curriculums heading the Foreign Language department of the school at Genesis Global School. I am also an IB Examiner and have worked as a Head Examiner (CBSE). I have been training secondary school teachers to ensure the whole group learning and teaching methods as an LFL leader and PDQ Leader.
I have had great success in managing classes up to 12th grade; assuming all responsibilities of a regular class teacher, including professional development, communication with parents, assessments of students, staff meetings, etc. I have completed the Teacher’s training (CAIE). I have done the teacher’s training courses from IB for Ab- initio (French) and SL (French B).

I believe that experiential, inquiry-based education is the key to success for high school students. As a teacher, I hope to motivate students to ascertain their inner strengths and abilities and discover what truly inspires them. I aim to provide a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to trust their own opinions while fostering confidence for students to realize their full potential.
As a teacher, I am committed to doing anything I can to help my students learn and achieve their goals. I will work hard to come up with lessons that will help every student better retain the subject matter. To this end, I will incorporate participatory activities, technology, guided practice, problem-based learning, and real-world applications to help students make progress and build on their skills. Through my teaching experience thus far, I have found that facilitating rather than dictating is a highly beneficial style of teaching. I have learned that if students construct their own learning experiences, they will retain information longer and become more confident in their abilities.
