Job Type: Work from Home (Part-time/Full-time)

Salary: 7500-15000/month (*)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential clients, employers, and students to promote our services, gather feedback, and provide assistance.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Update website content and listings to ensure accuracy and relevance, collaborating with the marketing and content teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging speaking voice.
  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in communication or customer service is a plus.
