Seeking a Telecaller to handle job postings and client interactions.

Responsibilities:

Post job vacancies on various platforms.
Communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs.
Reach out to potential candidates to inform them about job opportunities.
Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records of communications and postings.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
