Click Register in Main Menu, join with your name, email, and password. After creating account, click on Sell and add items, you can your old book, furniture, electronic items or anything.

Is it safe to make payments through Crazywhiz?

Crazywhiz does not handle payments. Always meet the seller physically to verify the item before payment. The platform is not responsible for payment or delivery.

How do I make an offer on a product?

Check products available, click on any item, then click “Make an Offer” button on the product page, fill in your details and offer price, and submit. The seller will respond directly.

What happens after I send an offer?

The seller receives your offer immediately. Either you will get a direct call or email based on your contact preferences, start discussing about the product, negotiate and schedule a meeting and chek the items physically. You need to take all necessary precautions before meeting any seller.

Can I cancel an offer?

If you change your mind, you discuss your decision directly with the seller. For anything, coordinate directly with the seller.

Alternatively, if you wish to parcel the item based on mutually agreed terms, you can do that. Note that until the item is received by the buyer, you are responsible. If you are not okay with this condition, do not list items on Crazywhiz.

How do I respond to offers?

You will receive notifications for offers. You need to login, click Offers, and check offers from buyers.

Can I refuse an offer?

Yes. You have full discretion to accept or reject offers based on your preferences.
