With over 23 years of dedicated experience in teaching Science and Chemistry across primary and secondary levels, I have built my career on the belief that education is most effective when it nurtures curiosity, confidence, and wholesome development. My journey as an educator has been shaped by a deep commitment to student-centric teaching, innovative pedagogy, and strong academic leadership.
I began my career as a primary teacher, gradually progressing to teaching Chemistry at the secondary level. Across institutions such as Ram Nagar Suburban Matriculation School, PSG Public Schools, Achariya Bala Siksha Mandir, Adharva Play School, and Sri Chaitanya Techno School, I consistently contributed to improving student performance, enhancing teaching standards, and strengthening the learning environment. My roles have expanded from classroom teaching to responsibilities such as Science & IT Coordinator, External Examination Coordinator, Centre Exam Superintendent, and Coordinator for IIT Foundation Classes, allowing me to impact academic systems on a larger scale.
My experience also includes academic leadership, notably as Head of Centre at Achariya Bala Siksha Mandir and as the Founder of Adharva Play School, where I oversaw curriculum planning, staff development, institutional audits, admissions, and parent–school engagement. These roles helped refine my skills in team leadership, problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous professional development, attending several pedagogical workshops and training programs to stay updated with evolving educational practices. My efforts have been recognized through multiple awards including the Best Teacher Award, Best Coordinating Teacher Award, and Performance of Excellence Award for Olympiad coordination.
My core strengths lie in curriculum design, classroom management, experiential learning, student motivation, and academic event management. I bring strong organizational abilities, analytical thinking, and collaborative leadership to every role I undertake. Above all, I believe in creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment that empowers students to think critically, explore confidently, and grow holistically.
Going forward, my objective is to contribute my experience, passion, and leadership to an institution that values academic excellence, innovation, and student well-being. I aim to continue shaping young minds while supporting the growth of educational systems and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
