2. Franchise Fee: As a franchisee, you are required to pay the initial franchise fee as specified in the franchise agreement. This fee grants you the right to operate a Crazywhiz franchise within the designated territory.
3. Training and Support: Crazywhiz will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees, including but not limited to training in services specified in the agreement including business operations, marketing strategies, and customer service.
4. Operational Standards: Franchisees are expected to maintain the highest standards of operation, professionalism, and customer service. This includes adhering to Crazywhiz’s brand guidelines, curriculum standards, and code of conduct.
5. Territorial Rights: Franchisees are granted exclusive territorial rights within a designated geographic area as outlined in the franchise agreement. Franchisees may not operate outside of their designated territory without prior approval from Crazywhiz.
6. Fees: Franchisees are required to pay ongoing fees as specified in the franchise agreement. These fees may include but are not limited to annual franchisee renewal fees, and other fees mentioned in the agreement.
7. Marketing and Advertising: Franchisees are responsible for implementing local marketing and advertising initiatives in accordance with Crazywhiz’s brand guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property: Franchisees are granted a license to use Crazywhiz’s intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary curriculum materials, solely for the purpose of operating their franchise.
9. Renewal and Termination: The franchise agreement may be renewed upon mutual agreement of both parties, subject to the terms and conditions outlined therein. Crazywhiz reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement in the event of breach of contract or failure to meet operational standards.
10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the franchise agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
