I am a highly motivated Biotechnology graduate and Cancer Biology postgraduate with Distinction, possessing strong communication, observation, and mentoring skills. My academic background has trained me to be patient, detail-oriented, and analytical, while my research experience has strengthened my ability to understand individual learning needs, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have several years of leadership and customer-facing experience in the UK, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Assistant Manager. In this role, I trained and mentored team members, managed daily operations, maintained structured routines, and worked effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. These experiences enhanced my ability to communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and provide consistent support and guidance.
