Join HRUDAYALAYAM, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community in West Godavari district. We’re seeking an Administrator and Lady Hostel Warden to support our special school and hostel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administrator:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization.
Manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping, budgeting, and coordination of activities.
Liaise with staff, stakeholders, and government agencies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Lady Hostel Warden:
Provide care and support to hostel residents, particularly girls.
Supervise daily routines, including meals, study time, and recreational activities.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of hostel residents.
Foster a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Administration, or related field (for Administrator).
Experience in administration, preferably in an NGO or educational setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards children and vulnerable populations (for Lady Hostel Warden).
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
