Yes, we charge a one-time service fee for arranging a professional. Fees may vary based on location and service requirements.

Can I choose the professional based on my preferences?
Yes, customers can choose professionals based on your service requirements.

What are the benefits of hiring a Crazywhiz professionals?
Crazywhiz professionals provide one-on-one attention, flexible scheduling, and customized services designed to suit each customer need. We carefully match professional profiles based on your your specific requirement.

Do you offer a free demo/visit?
Yes, most of our tutors offer a free demo class so you can evaluate their teaching style before confirming, but for other services you need to talk professionals about free visit.

What services are covered on Crazywhiz?
We provide various professionals who offer various services like tutoring, interior work, electrical, plumbing etc. based on availability

How are the fees decided?
The fees depends on the your service requirement, service provider’s charges. However, it also depends on professional’s experience, type of services involved, frequency of service involved, and location. You need to confirm all the fees involved before taking any services.

Is online services available?
Yes, we offer both face-to-face and online services depending on your preference and availability of professionals.

Can I replace a professionals if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, if you’re not satisfied with the tutor we araanged, we’ll help you find a replacement (subjected to availability), without extra charges.

How do I pay for the classes?
Payment can be made via Google Pay/Account transfer/UPI

How quickly can a tutor be arranged?
In most cases, a suitable tutor can be arranged within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tuition request.

Can I get a refund if I discontinue tuition?

Can I meet the tutor before starting classes?
Yes, you can schedule a demo or service visit after initial dicussion with the professional, but make sure you need to verify the candidates by asking some form of ID and address proof before inviting them or allowing them to your primises to ensure your safety. 

How do I make payments to professionals?
Crazywhiz follows a strict payment policy, incase of tutoring we collect 1st month tuition fee as advance, from 2nd month onwards parents/students can start paying tutors directly only after end of 2nd month. We are not responsible for any direct payments made to professionals. In case certain services, Crazywhiz doesn’t involve in payments made to professionals (for example for certain services like Interior work, plumbing etc). You customers are advised to make payments only after receiving service.

Is there a platform fee for parents or students?
No, students and parents can register for free. If you want us to arrange professionals, Crazywhiz may charge a small service fee. 

What if I am not satisfied with the tutor?
If you’re not happy with the professional, you can discuss your concerns directly with the professionals for better understanding, still if you feel to stop services, you can make a request for replacement or cancellation. Customers are advised to settle balance payments if any to the professionals for the services taken. 

How do I know if the professional is qualified?
Each professional profile includes qualifications, experience, and services they offer— Customers are advised to verify the professional’s ID or any other related qualifications before hiring. 

Is there a refund policy for advance payments?
If you paid in advance and the professional doesn’t start the classes, you may be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy. As advised before Crazywhiz is not responsible for any direct payments to professionals. Always get service first and then make payment next. 

Does Crazywhiz issue any fee receipt?
Yes, a receipt is issued for every payment made. Please retain or share the payment screenshot to the Crazywhiz account as proof for any disputes or refund claims. Crazywhiz is not responsible for payments sent to unknown or unrelated individuals. Always confirm with Crazywhiz customer care at +91-9133461133 before making any payment.
