Job Description:

Crazywhiz is looking for a dedicated and empathetic female shadow teacher to provide one-on-one support for a Class 1 student. This role is based in a school environment near Haralur Road, Bangalore, requiring the educator to accompany the student throughout their daily school schedule to facilitate better learning and social integration.

Responsibilities:

The shadow teacher will work closely with the child to explain academic concepts from a combined CBSE and ICSE syllabus. Beyond academics, the role involves monitoring behavioral patterns, helping the student stay focused during lessons, and encouraging positive interactions with peers. You will act as a bridge between the student, the class teacher, and the parents.

Education Requirements:

Candidates should have a background in early childhood education, psychology, or special education. Prior experience as a shadow teacher or a learning assistant is highly preferred. Strong communication skills and a patient temperament are essential for success in this role.

Work Hours:

This is a full-time position requiring 7 hours of service daily, from 8 AM to 3 PM, five days a week (Monday to Friday).

Salary:

A monthly fee of 25,000 INR will be provided.

Job Location:

The school is located on Haralur Road, near the HSR Layout area of Bangalore. Preference will be given to candidates residing in nearby localities for ease of travel.
