We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team in Guntur. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our showroom, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize showroom sales and profitability.
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
Train, mentor, and motivate showroom staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels.

Requirements:
