Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in our database.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and secure sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and meet objectives.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
