I started my career as a research professional in the agri-biotech industry. Having worked with Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Private Limited as a Research Associate from 2013 to 2019, I decided to transition into the test-preparation industry, where my proficiency in English and aptitude for mentoring enabled me to work with aspirants preparing for various national and international competitive examinations.
My journey in the test-prep industry began in 2019 as an English Language Instructor at Enbee Education Centre Private Limited. Since then, I have continuously diversified my expertise and upskilled myself to take on challenging and multifaceted roles in the education and test-preparation space.
I assumed my current role as a Verbal Faculty with IMS Learning Resources Private Limited on 3 January 2022. My association with IMS has provided me with the opportunity to mentor students preparing for some of the most competitive entrance examinations, including CAT and XAT, while also strengthening my expertise as a language instructor for examinations such as IELTS and TOEFL.
In addition to verbal aptitude and language instruction, I have expanded my teaching portfolio to include Mathematics for students from Grades 4 to 7. This role involves developing students’ conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities across key areas such as arithmetic, fractions and decimals, percentages, ratios and proportions, algebraic thinking, geometry, mensuration, data handling, and logical reasoning. I focus on making mathematical concepts intuitive and engaging by combining strong fundamentals with practical applications and structured problem-solving strategies.
This combination of experience in verbal aptitude, competitive-exam preparation, and middle-school mathematics allows me to work with learners across different age groups and academic requirements, while continually adapting my teaching approach to meet their individual learning needs..
