Wanted Shadow Teacher for Class 7 in Bengaluru

We are hiring a dedicated shadow lady teacher to support a Class 7 student during regular school hours at VIBGYOR Rise School, Panathur, Bengaluru. This role is suited for tutors who prefer in-school academic assistance rather than home tuition and can provide continuous learning support in a classroom environment.

Job Description

• Act as a personal shadow tutor inside the classroom
• Assist the student during lessons between 8 AM and 3 PM
• Help with note-taking, concept clarity, and task completion
• Ensure the student remains attentive and confident during class
• Monthly remuneration of ₹22,000–₹25,000 depending on skills and experience

Tutor Requirements
Only female tutors are eligible. Kannada speaking ability is compulsory. Experience working with middle school students or as a shadow teacher will be an added advantage.

Essential Skills
Observation skills, calm temperament, academic guidance ability, coordination with teachers, and professional classroom conduct.
