I am Mr. Ganesh Khatua, an experienced academic professional with extensive expertise in teaching, academic administration, operations, and institutional management. Over the years, I have developed strong leadership skills by successfully managing academic programs, faculty teams, student engagement, and administrative operations.
My core area of expertise is Reasoning and Mental Ability, where I have trained and mentored students preparing for various competitive examinations, including Banking, SSC, OPSC, OSSC, and other government recruitment examinations. In addition to reasoning, I have substantial knowledge of Banking Awareness, Financial Awareness, General Studies, Current Affairs, and English.
As an Academic Director at Vanik Educational Private Limited, Bhubaneswar, I am responsible for curriculum planning, faculty coordination, student performance monitoring, operational management, and strategic academic decision-making. My professional approach combines analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to educational excellence.
