I am an Assistant Professor in the Management Department of a private university with more than seven years of teaching experience in management and finance-related subjects. My academic expertise includes Project Management, Business Law, MEFA, Entrepreneurship Development, Financial Services, and MS Excel applications. Along with teaching, I have a strong interest in research areas such as financial well-being, financial literacy, behavioral finance, and digital payment behavior among UPI users. I am also focused on professional development in areas like Human Resources, Learning & Development (L&D), fintech, and business analytics. To strengthen my analytical and industry-oriented skills, I am learning tools and technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, R, and SAP FICO.
