Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Trainer in Basti to provide personalized fitness coaching through one-to-one and small-group training sessions. The ideal trainer will create customized workout plans based on each client’s fitness goals, whether it is weight management, muscle building, strength improvement, flexibility, or overall wellness. You will motivate clients to maintain healthy lifestyles while ensuring safe and effective exercise techniques throughout every session.

Responsibilities:
Conduct fitness assessments, develop personalized workout plans, demonstrate exercises, monitor client progress, provide nutritional guidance when appropriate, maintain workout records, and encourage clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of fitness training principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate clients. Previous fitness coaching experience is preferred.
