Shadow Teacher – UKG – Electronic City Bangalore

We are seeking a dedicated Female Shadow Teacher for a UKG CBSE student diagnosed with autism, supporting classroom participation at VIBGYOR High School located in Electronic City. The role involves accompanying the child throughout school hours and ensuring structured academic and behavioural support.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the child during full school hours
• Provide 1:1 academic and behavioural support in classroom
• Assist in communication, attention, and task completion
• Work closely with school teachers and therapists
• Maintain daily progress notes and feedback reports
• Ensure child safety, emotional stability, and engagement

Qualification

Any Degree (Special Education / Psychology preferred)

Experience

Prior experience as shadow teacher or special educator preferred. Freshers with strong child handling skills may also apply.

Salary

₹18,000 per month
