Hospital Receptionist – HSR Layout – Bangalore

Job Summary

A reputed hospital in HSR Layout, Bangalore, is seeking an experienced Lady Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent patient support. The ideal candidate should be between 20 and 35 years of age, possess strong communication skills, and be fluent in English. This role requires a professional and friendly individual who can efficiently handle patient interactions, appointment scheduling, visitor coordination, and administrative tasks. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in shifts and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism. Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
• Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information.
• Maintain reception records and patient databases.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
• Handle billing support and basic administrative duties.
• Ensure smooth front-office operations.
• Address patient inquiries courteously and efficiently.

Qualification

• Any Degree from a recognized institution.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Basic computer knowledge and office administration skills.

Experience

• Prior receptionist, front office, customer service, or hospital administration experience preferred.
• Healthcare or hospital reception experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and communication skills).

Working Hours

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
