Job Summary

A reputed hospital in HSR Layout, Bangalore, is seeking an experienced Lady Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent patient support. The ideal candidate should be between 20 and 35 years of age, possess strong communication skills, and be fluent in English. Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Answer phone calls and provide accurate information.

  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • Handle billing support and basic administrative duties.
  • Ensure smooth front-office operations.
  • Address patient inquiries courteously and efficiently.

Qualification

  • Any Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and office administration skills.

Experience

  • Prior receptionist, front office, customer service, or hospital administration experience preferred.
  • Healthcare or hospital reception experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and communication skills).

Working Hours

  • Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
