This role focuses on delivering high-level technical training to a student eager to master the nuances of printed circuit board architecture. As an online mentor, you will bridge the gap between academic theory and industrial application, ensuring the learner understands the complexities of multi-layer design, signal integrity, and manufacturing standards. This is a freelance opportunity that allows you to share your hard-earned expertise from the comfort of your home office while maintaining your full-time career.
Job Description
- Conduct two live online sessions per week focusing on end-to-end PCB development within the Altium Designer environment.
- Provide practical insights into schematic capture, component footprint creation, and complex routing strategies for real-world hardware.
- Review student layouts to provide constructive feedback on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and thermal management.
- Guide the learner through the generation of Gerber files, Bill of Materials (BOM), and assembly drawings.
